A few of the very special bars in the city stock Delaware Phoenix absinthe, usually Meadow of Love. These are listed on the map below. Some make wonderful absinthe cocktails, so you might want to order a couple things and see what you like best.

The easiest way to find a place near you that carries Delaware Phoenix absinthes is to use the power of the Internet. The only sad thing right now is that Delaware Phoenix absinthe is only available at stores, restaurants and bars in New York.
